Octo Mom: One Crazy Bitch!

I cannot tell you how angry and disgusted people like Nadya Suleman make me. Seeing that someone who is so obviously unqualified and irresponsible to have any number of kids whatsoever, purposely getting impregnated with an additional 8! An additional 8 on top of the 6 she already has and cannot support as it, I might add! This is a prime example of why we might actually have to have licenses for people to become parents in the future. As there are so many people out there who have no concept of what raising a child should really be about or entail. The desire to have kids is simply not enough, there has to be some actual substance behind that desire. Plus even before you begin to even think about having kids, you need to be financially viable! Children are not cheap in any sense of the word, the average US child will cost upwards of 1 million dollars per kid from birth to graduation from college and that is if they don't go to an Ivy league school and/or have any significant health problems. So when miss insanity herself purposely has kids she cannot financial take care off, I am just enraged! So enraged in fact, that I seriously would like to see this woman imprisoned for her actions as I believe they do constitute a criminal act!


I also think the Doctor who performed the procedure should have his license revoked as well for such reckless behavior. Nadya Suleman was (and still is) on Government assistance at the time she had the very costly procedure done, which is thousands upon thousands of dollars. There is no way she could have afforded the procedure to begin with and any well-meaning responsible Doctor would never perform such a procedure on a woman who already had 6 kids; kids that she cannot feed, cloth or properly take care of in the first place. In other countries it is actually illegal to get artificially inseminated unless there is proof that you can take care and support the kids you are planning to have, and I think it should be the same here in the US. No sane woman who cannot take care of the kids she already has, would ever opt for even more. Having children is supposed to be a blessed event, and a truly caring Mother would see the harm she would unnecessarily cause by acting in such a manner and never do such a thing. No matter how much she may want kids, because it is not in the best interest to begin with.
